Registration

The registration for the conference is now open, please register HERE.

From 4.9.2017 we will only accept credit card payments for the conference registration.

We recommend using Firefox or Google Chrome as the registration system works better in these browsers.
In order to register, you will need an account. If you attended the EPUAP Annual Meeting 2015 in Ghent or the EPUAP Focus Meeting 2016 in Berlin, please log in with your Username (email) and Password. If you do not have an account, you will be asked to create one, once you will enter your email address.
In case you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one by clicking Forgot your password.

All above rates are inclusive of 20% VAT.

1 Onsite fee / It is valid from 18 September to 22 September 2017.
1-day registration / Individual registration is valid for just one day (20, 21 or 22 September 2017).
3 Student / Students are requested to upload proof of their student status via registration web site.

 

ENTITLEMENTS

Full conference registration: Final programme, conference bag, admission to the full conference programme including all sessions, coffee breaks & lunches, welcome reception on 20 September 2017.

1-day registration: Final programme, admission to all sessions in the conference programme of the confirmed day, coffee breaks & lunch for one day.

 

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Only credit card (Visa or MasterCard) payments are accepted for the registration from 4.9.2017.

Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to the Codan Consulting. Cancellations received until 14 July 2017 will be refunded deducting administration costs of €40.

From 15 July 2017, registration fees are non-refundable.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the conference.

IMPORTANT: Please remember to state invoice number on all money transfers to the EPUAP Business office.

 

INVITATION LETTER

Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa are kindly asked to contact the conference secretariat at info@codan-consulting.com. Please note that official letter of invitation can only be given to individuals who have registered and paid the registration fee for the conference. All requests will be considered individually.
